What we keep

Your email address or your Telegram id and username, depending on the channel you chose.

Your brief: countries, places, budget, bedrooms, type, condition and the words you wrote yourself.

Your language, the hour you want the letter and your time zone.

Which homes we already sent you, so you never get the same one twice.

Why

Only to pick five homes a day for you and deliver them. We do not sell, rent or share your data with agencies, sellers or advertisers.

Who processes it for us

If you take Premium, Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, takes the payment and keeps your card and billing details. We receive only whether your subscription is active, until when, and Paddle's ids for you and the subscription.

Cloudflare hosts the site and the database and sends our emails. Telegram delivers messages if you chose it.

To write the line on why a home fits you, the text of your brief and of the listing goes to an AI model: Cloudflare Workers AI or Anthropic. They process it to answer and do not use it to train models under their terms.

How long

A brief you never confirmed disappears after one day. A confirmed account stays until you ask us to delete it.

Stop or delete

Every letter has a link to stop it. In Telegram send /stop. To delete everything we hold, write to hello@mynexthome.info from the address you signed up with, and we delete it within 30 days.

Cookies

One cookie that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers light or dark theme. No advertising or tracking cookies.
