Terms of service

What we are

MyNextHome is an information service. We read public property listings from agencies in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy, compare each home with similar ones nearby, and send you a selection.

We are not an estate agent. We do not sell homes, take part in deals or take commission from anyone. Listings, photos and prices belong to the agencies. We can be wrong: check every detail with the agency, and with a lawyer or notary before you sign anything.

Free plan

Five homes a day by email or Telegram, your account and search, saved homes. Free, with no time limit. You can stop the letters at any time.

Premium

Premium costs €10 a month and renews every month until you cancel. Depending on your country, the final price may include VAT, calculated at checkout.

Premium adds: every home that fits your search, alerts about new listings and price drops, price history and days on the market, and the same home at other agencies.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Premium then stays on until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Fair use

The service is for your personal search. Do not copy our selections or numbers in bulk, resell them or access the site with automated tools.

Responsibility

The information is provided as it is, to help your search. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. We are not liable for decisions you take based on it or for the content of listings published by agencies.

Changes and contact
