Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 14 days for a full refund of your first payment.

14 days, no questions

If Premium is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back. No reason needed.

After that

You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Premium stays on until the end of the month already paid; we do not refund part of a month.

How to ask

Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or write to hello@mynexthome.info from the email you paid with. Paddle.com, our merchant of record, makes the refund to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5-10 working days.
